Hailey Rhode Bieber (née Baldwin; born November 22, 1996) is an American model, businesswoman, and media personality. She is the founder and chief creative officer of the skincare brand Rhode, which became one of the fastest-growing beauty brands and was acquired by e.l.f. Beauty in a billion-dollar deal. She has modeled for major brands including Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, and Levi's.

Early Life

Hailey Bieber was born in Tucson, Arizona, to actor Stephen Baldwin and Brazilian graphic designer Kennya Baldwin. She is the granddaughter of Brazilian musician Eumir Deodato. Before entering the fashion industry, she trained as a classical ballet dancer.

Career

Hailey began her modeling career with Ford Models before joining IMG Models. She has appeared in campaigns for Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Levi's, Dolce & Gabbana, and several international fashion magazines.

In 2022, she launched the skincare brand Rhode, which quickly became a global success. She continues to serve as the company's Chief Creative Officer and Head of Innovation.
