Early Life

Bruno Mars was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, into a musical family. As a child, he gained local fame by performing as an Elvis Presley impersonator. After graduating from high school, he moved to Los Angeles in 2003 to pursue a professional music career.[2]

Career

Mars first found success as a songwriter and producer before becoming a solo artist. His debut album, Doo-Wops & Hooligans (2010), featured worldwide hits including Just the Way You Are, Grenade, and The Lazy Song.[3]

His later albums, Unorthodox Jukebox, 24K Magic, An Evening with Silk Sonic (with Anderson .Paak), and The Romantic produced numerous chart-topping singles. Some of his biggest songs include Locked Out of Heaven, When I Was Your Man, 24K Magic, That's What I Like, Uptown Funk, Leave the Door Open, and Die with a Smile.
